We are passionate about helping organizations strategically increase their win rates for Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and funding (grant) applications. We have two main goals:

  1. increasing win rates for our clients.
  2. identifying and securing strategic funding and proposal opportunities based on the current and future goals of our clients.

We do this by choosing the best opportunities, tracking information and deadlines, and by being obsessively detail oriented. Our client-centred approach ensures that we focus on your goals, helping you develop a strategic approach and presentation that increases your win-ratio.

We believe in making you stand out and are passionate about the community organizations and businesses we serve.

Creativity Simplified – Solutions Simplified

We believe in being primo word smithers and offering innovative solutions. We are interpreters of government language by being creative when presenting technical jargon.

Best Case Solutions

We are “best-case solution” focused. That means that we ask the right questions to get the right solution that is fine-tuned to the clients’ specific needs. We unearth opportunities, identify gaps, and provide external resources.

Be Dependent on Us

We believe that we should be such a valuable resource and offer such high value service, that clients feel they can’t do this without us. By being quick and available, making connections for clients, and providing valuable reminders, we always “under promise and over deliver”.

Transparency and Accountability

We believe in being fully transparent about our services, deliverables and expectations upfront. We hold ourselves to the highest level of accountability and will always deliver high-quality services exceeding client expectations. This is our promise to every client.

Collaboration

The key to our successful process is that we work with clients not for clients. Our team works closely with each client to foster a collaborative approach, achieving successful outcomes.
